Guided Mid-Week Retreats
Yoga is a path of liberation open to everyone. Retreats at Yasodhara Ashram support students in building a foundation of character, courage and awareness.
By combining yoga practices with personal development techniques, we offer a unique set of teachings that inspire and transform. Learn more about Yasodhara Yoga practices.
All retreats include a daily early morning Hatha or Hidden Language Yoga class, morning and afternoon workshops, group work and time for personal reflection. Retreat participants are also invited to participate in Karma Yoga with our community and to attend satsang each evening.

What retreat participants have to say:
“My life is changed. I now have tools that I can apply to my life for a spiritual purpose. The experiential process worked well for me. I’ve been inspired by what the Ashram represents to the world..” JL, 10 Days of Yoga
“My time here was invaluable. It allowed me to pause and really “touch in” with myself. I have come away with a practical plan that makes sense for this time of change in my life. I feel more assured in the decisions I have already made and more confident to take my next steps. I am much more relaxed and feel nourished in a very deep way. This will sustain me in the days to come.” CS, Who Am I?
“My time here gave me an opportunity to step away from real life and participate in a course that would help me to take a good look at myself and my world and identify the causes of my personal depletion. I am leaving knowing what my true essence is and what comes into play in my life to keep me from feeling my true self and from feeling the Light.”LB, Straight Walk
