What retreat participants have to say:

“My life is changed. I now have tools that I can apply to my life for a spiritual purpose. The experiential process worked well for me. I’ve been inspired by what the Ashram represents to the world..” JL, 10 Days of Yoga

“My time here was invaluable. It allowed me to pause and really “touch in” with myself. I have come away with a practical plan that makes sense for this time of change in my life. I feel more assured in the decisions I have already made and more confident to take my next steps. I am much more relaxed and feel nourished in a very deep way. This will sustain me in the days to come.” CS, Who Am I?

“My time here gave me an opportunity to step away from real life and participate in a course that would help me to take a good look at myself and my world and identify the causes of my personal depletion. I am leaving knowing what my true essence is and what comes into play in my life to keep me from feeling my true self and from feeling the Light.”LB, Straight Walk
