Class themes are selected to support you through these times of uncertainty. Guided by Yasodhara teachers, the online offerings include spiritual practices, self-reflection questions, group discussion – all leading to an empowered and healthier you! Using the Zoom platform, groups will remain intimate with maximum 16 or 21 registrants, depending on the class.
Taking care of ourselves continues to be a priority. Our online teachings focus on the care required in this time – for ourselves, our families and friends, our colleagues. The practices we offer can help you feel grounded, while opening your heart to the Light. Our teachers are your trusted guides.
