Class themes are selected to support you through these times of uncertainty. Guided by Yasodhara teachers, the online offerings include spiritual practices, self-reflection questions, group discussion – all leading to an empowered and healthier you! Using the Zoom platform, groups will remain intimate with maximum 16 or 21 registrants, depending on the class.

Taking care of ourselves continues to be a priority. Our online teachings focus on the care required in this time – for ourselves, our families and friends, our colleagues. The practices we offer can help you feel grounded, while opening your heart to the Light. Our teachers are your trusted guides.

Peace of Mind for Professionals, designed specifically to bring professionals together and to provide a safe forum to meet and discuss their experiences.

Led by Swami Sukhananda, Our 10 week, in-depth course was created with a focus on supporting professionals in their current challenges. Now in its second year, the course has provided a process for integrating explorations into the workplace and daily life in a practical way. It combines the quality of teaching from Swami Radha and Swami Radhananda.
