Class themes are selected to support you through these times of uncertainty. Guided by Yasodhara teachers, the online offerings include spiritual practices, self-reflection questions, group discussion – all leading to an empowered and healthier you! Using the Zoom platform, groups will remain intimate with maximum 16 or 21 registrants, depending on the class.

Peace of Mind for Professionals
Peace of Mind for Professionals is an in-depth course with spaciousness, relaxation, and an opportunity to meet with other professionals to share concerns and learnings. By entering into the practices and reflections over the 10 week period of the course, and its follow up, you will have the time to:
- Develop sustainable habits and practices that will support you at work and at home
- Address challenges and gain mastery over your personal choices – in attitude, speech and actions
