Yoga of Work: Spiritual Approaches to Daily Life -
10 week interactive

This program invites a rethinking of how work is experienced in everyday life. Drawing on Patañjali’s Yoga Sūtras, one of the foundational texts of yoga philosophy, this course explores yoga as sadhana – a disciplined path of practice through which daily life becomes a context for cultivating clarity and peace of mind.

(*For those who have some familiarity with Swami Radha’s approach to Kundalini Yoga.)
First Chakra: October 11-25
Second Chakra: Nov 8-2

One of Swami Radha’s greatest gifts for us was her translation of the ancient Kundalini Yoga system. In adapting the system for the Western mind, she has offered questions and practices so each of us can discover and establish a relationship with the Light, the Divine in ourselves.

This online course will be offered in six 3-week sessions (2 offered in the fall 2026 and the remaining 4 in 2027). You will need to sign up for each of the 3-week sessions you are interested in taking.

with Swami Padmananda & Durga
Thursdays, Oct 22 – Nov 26; 5:00-6:30pm

Walk with us through your day inviting intention, purpose and meaning into your daily life.  We will be engaging in a variety of yogic practices, from a longheld tradition, with a focus on Light meditations and practices, breath and the power of reflection.  This is an opportunity to connect more deeply to the wisdom of your inner Light through the cultivation of deeper awareness and presence.

with Swami RadhaTarananda & Julie MacAdam
Saturday, Nov 7; 10am-12pm & 3-5pm

Give yourself the opportunity to explore one of your dreams in depth and discover the wisdom it may hold for you. Using the Dream Method and yogic practices, explore your dream and the messages of your inner guide. Through movement, reflection, and dreamwork, create space to listen deeply and uncover new insights.

with Swami Satyananda
Saturday, December 5; 10am-12pm & 3-5pm

Take time, wherever you are in the world, to step back from your everyday life and relax into a place of deep renewal—being nourished in body, mind and spirit. Through relaxing deeply, an opening is created to come back into balance and harmony in both inner and outer worlds. Recharge and energize through guided spiritual practices and reflections, connecting with your inner Light and the beauty that surrounds us all.

with Durga & Gauri

What Program Participants are saying:

I feel a greater sense of connection with others…I feel inspired in my day to day practices and reflections. The workshops and classes help me to focus on what is most important to me.

I come out of the classes refreshed, with more energy, more relaxed. I felt it was a very wise use of my time.

Even though we were using technology, I felt like I was with all the individuals in the same room.
