In August we offer three one-day retreats to help you take time out to renew. The day’s format gives you opportunity for group work as well as personal space, depth and integration. We divide the day into three parts – a morning session from 10-11:30 am, followed by time for reflection and relaxation, then returning to the online group from 3-5:00 pm. Guided by Yasodhara teachers, these offerings offer spiritual practices, self-reflection questions, group discussion – all leading to an empowered and healthier you! Using the Zoom platform, groups will remain intimate with maximum 16 registrants per class. All times are listed in Pacific Time (PDT) unless otherwise noted. Be sure to check your local time.
