Yoga Of Work: Spiritual Approaches to Daily Life
For when outer success no longer answers the inner questions.
This program invites a rethinking of how work is experienced in everyday life. Drawing on Patañjali’s Yoga Sutras, one of the foundational texts of yoga philosophy, this course explores yoga as sadhana – a disciplined path of practice through which daily life becomes a context for cultivating clarity and peace of mind.
Rather than separating inner life from professional life, this interactive online program brings together the inner and outer. In a time when many people are searching for genuine connection rather than information alone, the live format creates space for interaction and shared reflection with others exploring similar questions around work and purpose.
The fluctuations of the mind (citta vṛtti) can create ripples of thought that control our daily life, shaping our experiences of pressure, overwhelm and burnout. Yoga of Work offers tools to observe and understand these patterns, supported by principles of rest, self-care and the intelligent use of energy.
Engaging with sacred teachings in contemporary contexts, participants are invited to discover how yoga philosophy can directly inform daily professional life – and how work itself can become part of a more conscious and meaningful path.
