We welcome you to experience the Ashram and be in the community in safe, relaxing ways.
Before your arrival as an incoming guest or karma yogi, make sure that you are symptom-free and in good health. Please see our Community Guidelines for more information on Medical Considerations and Intentions.

WHAT THE ASHRAM IS DOING

  • Providing daily hand washing reminders to our karma yogis, residents, staff and guests to emphasize the importance of hand washing before each meal and regularly throughout the day.
  • Providing alcohol-based hand sanitizer at our Welcome Centre and other key locations.
  • Posting hygiene tips in all bathrooms, offering advice on hand washing.
  • Regular sanitation with greater than 60% alcohol antiviral cleaners of public doorknobs, light switches, and other commonly-touched surfaces.

Yasodhara Ashram acknowledges the Ktunaxa and Sinixt first peoples on whose unceded territory we are caretakers and guests.

To take action, we have started The Reconciliation Fund and will collect $25 from each guest to be donated to a First Nations non-profit organization, with the intention to help balance past injustices.

Cancellation Policy

To reserve your space we require a non-refundable $100 deposit at the time of booking.

  • If you cancel prior to 14 days before the start date of your program, the deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to another stay at the Ashram booked within a year of the original registration.
  • Deposits for stays cancelled within 14 days of the start date will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to another stay.
  • If you depart early during a program, full tuition and room charges still apply.

Thank you for your consideration that will help make space available for other guests.
