Hatha Yoga – 7-8:45 a.m (10 Days of Yoga) or 6:50-7:50 a.m. (all other retreats)
Breakfast – 9 a.m. (10 Days of Yoga) or 8 a.m. (all other retreats)
Workshop – 10 or 11a.m. -12:30 p.m
Lunch – 12:30 p.m.
Focused Reflection – 1-3 or 4 p.m.
Workshop – 3 or 4 -5:30 p.m.
Dinner – 6 p.m.
Satsang – 7:30-8:30 p.m.

Day of departure:
Hatha Yoga (optional) – 6:50-7:50 a.m.
Breakfast – 8 a.m.
