About this Event
As the days get shorter, there may be times when it is hard to get out of bed. Tapas is that little flame inside of us that motivates and keeps us on track with anything important in life. It fires us up about our goals and dreams, and allows us to make progress. A commitment to our yoga practice, even for only 10 or 15 minutes each morning, can help us to keep on track. Holding a posture is also tapas. It means restraining from moving and observing what happens. It builds our capacity. We develop the skills of awareness and reflection that bring us to inner peace.
You will need an uncluttered space, a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, a journal and pen. You are also asked to sign in 30 minutes before your first class to check and adjust the positioning of your mat, laptop camera, lighting and sound.
