Hidden Language Hatha Yoga  and Dream Classes

 

Wednesdays, October 9 – November 27
Hidden Language Hatha Yoga, 6:00-7:30 pm
$10 drop-in or $70 for the 8-week session

Hidden Language Hatha Yoga takes the practice of Hatha Yoga beyond a series of physical exercises. It is a gentle and meditative style of Hatha that respects the body as a spiritual tool. Bring a journal.

Dream Yoga, 7:45-9:15 pm
$70 for 8-week session

Dream Yoga combines yogic techniques and practices with an investigation of symbolism. It opens up a dialogue with the unconscious mind and is a detailed method of interpreting the messages of your subconscious to create change in your waking life. Bring a journal.

Discussions are ongoing between the U.S. and Canada about how to modify the Columbia River Treaty to reflect contemporary values. Join author and water advocate Eileen Delehanty Pearkes for her insights on the challenges and opportunities in this time of change for the 50-year-old water agreement.
