Ashram Live online

Our online classes are live, interactive gatherings designed to bring the richness of our teachings into your daily life. Guided by experienced Yasodhara teachers, each session blends spiritual practice, self-reflection and meaningful dialogue — helping you find steadiness and insight with supportive community.

Classes are held on Zoom in small groups of 16 to 21 participants, creating space for genuine connection and shared discovery. Whether you are new to the Ashram or returning, you’ll find encouragement to deepen your practice, open your heart to the Light within and carry these tools into both your personal and professional life.

Our teachers offer attentive guidance and support every step of the way. Join us this season to find the nourishment of spiritual practice and the joy of community connection, wherever you may be.

What Program Participants are saying:

I feel a greater sense of connection with others…I feel inspired in my day to day practices and reflections. The workshops and classes help me to focus on what is most important to me.

I come out of the classes refreshed, with more energy, more relaxed. I felt it was a very wise use of my time.

Even though we were using technology, I felt like I was with all the individuals in the same room.
