Co-Stewardship Thanks & Giving Gathering
at Yasodhara Ashram
October 9-12, 2025

We have shifted the language from ‘retreat’ to something more precise: a gathering where presence is an expression of gratitude; a space for personal and collective exploration of what, how, when we can give.

Building on the in-person and online Co-Stewardship meetings of the last two years, this gathering is a sustained moment to meet and deepen in relation to each other and to the Ashram now. Through a series of focused meetings, personal reflections, mini workshops, feasts and creative exercises we will look with clear eyes at what is and courageously lean into the
future of this extraordinary place. 

We will begin on Thursday, October 9th after dinner and end after Satsang on Sunday, October 12th. We’re expecting a full house and you may be assigned a shared room (like the old days!). If there are any considerations we need to know,
please email registrations@yasodhara.org.

Our gathering is generously being offered by contribution. We are asking for a $100 deposit when you register, to secure your spot. On the registration form you will be asked to state your contribution (in addition to your deposit). This will be due upon arrival. The suggested sliding scale contribution is $300 – $900, with the lower amount covering food and the higher amount covering food as well as lodging and operational expenses. Of course, and as always, the most important thing is that you are here, so please do not let finances stand in your way.

Cancellation Policy

To reserve your space we require a non-refundable $300 deposit at the time of booking.

  • If you cancel prior to 14 days before the start date of your program, the deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to another stay at the Ashram booked within a year of the original registration.
  • Deposits for stays cancelled within 14 days of the start date will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to another stay.
  • If you depart early during a program, full tuition and room charges still apply.
