- Breathe – to ease, to calm. Observe the effect of breath on body and mind
Use a meditation cushion or chair where you can sit comfortably and aligned. And a journal for notes.

Location: This class will be held online using Zoom.
Enrolment: This online class is limited to 20 participants. If the class is full, you will have the option to join a wait list.
Accessing the Online Classes:
Once you register, you will receive an email from EventBrite with a link to the Online Event Page which has information on how to join the classes via Zoom. You will need to be logged into EventBrite with the same email address you used to purchase the class series in order to access the Online Event Page.
This online class series includes small group work so we ask that you connect with your own device if multiple people from your household are participating.
About Swami Lalitananda
Swami Lalitananda became the president of Yasodhara Ashram in 2014 and carries forward the lineage in this tradition, whose leadership is passed through women. She became a student of Swami Radha’s in 1979 and a teacher in this tradition in 1982. She had the privilege of living and working with Swami Radha for eight years and also experienced the mentorship of Swami Radhananda for many years. She has a background in counseling psychology.
Swami Lalitananda loves welcoming people to the teachings that have brought so much joy and meaning to her own life. She is committed to passing this lineage to others who are committed to self-inquiry, spiritual practices and to the challenge of learning to live together in harmony—in community and in the world.
