Is there something I am holding on to that is actually holding me back? What does it take to open to what is, have the courage to explore and then release what is no longer helpful? It takes awareness and courage and also exercising the power of choice to step into freedom.
Our practices for this retreat will include breath, visualisation and relaxation.
