Over four weeks, you’ll be gently guided to explore your unique path of integration—bridging the insights you’ve gained with the rhythm of everyday life. This series provides a supportive and reflective space to ground your inner discoveries in your daily routines, relationships, and challenges, allowing your inner wisdom to unfold with greater clarity and purpose.
Together, we’ll engage with the inspiring teachings of Swami Radhananda from Living the Practice: Collected Writings on the Transformative Potential of Yoga. Through study, reflection, and embodied practice, we’ll deepen our connection to the spiritual disciplines offered at the Ashram—including the Divine Light Invocation, Mantra and the Hidden Language of Hatha Yoga—so they become not just concepts, but living practices that nourish and sustain your daily journey.

About Swami RadhaTarananda
Swami RadhaTarananda met Swami Radha in 1978 and soon came to the Ashram to take the Yoga Development Course. She became a resident in 1981 and was initiated into sanyas in 1988. Her love of the teachings, the opportunity to give back, the music, the dance, the land and the love imbued through the Ashram have kept her evolving ever since. She has lived both at the Ashram and in cities where she was active with Yasodhara Yoga Centres, learning to ground her experience and discovering that what seems separate and distinct is in essence all One.
