Celebrate Solstice while reflecting on learnings from the past year and confirming your ideals for moving forward into 2027.
Step inward to honour this day of the sun’s return. As we gather together in a class hosted from the Temple of Light, you can rekindle your connection with your inner source of energy and wisdom. Reflect on learnings from the past year and confirm your ideals for moving forward into 2027.
We’ll meet for this inward journey with practices such as the Divine Light Invocation, mantra, visualizations and gentle movements with reflection. Join us at this most potent time of the year!

About Durga
Durga was introduced to the teachings in 1999 in Ontario where she was attracted to their clarity and practicality. Attending weekly classes created a strong desire to deepen her involvement with Swami Radha’s work, inspiring enrolment in the 2004 Yoga Development and Teacher Certification courses. She facilitated weekly classes in Peterborough for ten years. In 2014, Durga relocated to live at the Ashram where she continues as a resident, sharing her enthusiasm by teaching workshops and outreach online classes.
About Gauri
Gauri came to the Ashram in 1996 and immediately felt a connection with the Light Invocation. After offering classes through Yasodhara Yoga Edmonton for years, she now is pleased to make the Ashram her home. Her commitment to selfless service through teaching and other Karma Yoga – communications and first aid – brings her great joy and inspiration.
