Walk with us through your day inviting intention, purpose and meaning into your daily life. We will be engaging in a variety of yogic practices, from a longheld tradition, with a focus on Light meditations and practices, breath and the power of reflection. This is an opportunity to connect more deeply to the wisdom of your inner Light through the cultivation of deeper awareness and presence.

Date & Time: This six-week online series takes place on Thursdays, Oct 22 – Nov 26 from 5:00 – 6:30pm PT
Location: This class will be held online using Zoom.
Investment: $300 for a series of six classes.
A 50% bursary is available for those with financial contstraints, no questions asked. Simply input the promo code D-OnlineSeries when you register on Eventbrite.
Enrolment: Online series are limited to 21 participants. If the class is full, you will have the option to join a wait list.
Accessing the Online Classes:
Once you register, you will receive an email from EventBrite with a link to the Online Event Page, which has information on how to join the classes via Zoom. You will need to be logged into EventBrite with the same email address you used to purchase the class series in order to access the Online Event Page.
This online class series includes small group work, so we ask that you connect with your own device if multiple people from your household are participating.
About Durga
Durga was introduced to the teachings in 1999 in Ontario where she was attracted to their clarity and practicality. Attending weekly classes created a strong desire to deepen her involvement with Swami Radha’s work, inspiring enrolment in the 2004 Yoga Development and Teacher Certification courses. She facilitated weekly classes in Peterborough for ten years. In 2014, Durga relocated to live at the Ashram where she continues as a resident, sharing her enthusiasm by teaching workshops and outreach online classes.
About Swami Padmananda
Swami Padmananda was first introduced to Swami Radha’s teachings at a talk on Kundalini Yoga in 1987. After three years of attending regular weekly classes in Cranbrook, BC she arrived at the Ashram for the 10 Days of Yoga in 1990 and became a regular visitor over the next 20 years. During that time she did the Yoga Development Course in 1992 and 2007. She continued to live in Cranbrook, where she managed the Cranbrook Yasodhara Yoga Centre and owned an independent bookstore. She moved to the Ashram in January 2013.
