The Assistant Registrar – Guest Registrations provides operational and administrative support to the
Ashram Registrar and Guests Services team. This role focuses on registration processes, clear and
compassionate communication, and steady support for guests as they arrange and arrive for their
stay at the Ashram.
Job Specific Skills
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adjust calmly to changing circumstances
- Comfort working with computer software and willingness to learn new systems
- Professionalism, discretion, and a steady, service-oriented approach
Hours: March – 20 hours a week; April 1 to October 31, 2026 – 28 to 32 hours a week at $20/hr.
Start date: March 1 to October 31, with possibility of renewal
