Spring Equinox – the season of renewal and possibility. How do you want to enter into this season? What seeds do you want to plant in your inner garden? What needs to be cleared away in order to support this growth? Engaging with your body through sacred movement and relaxation, you can connect with your inner wisdom and your intentions for growth.
This retreat will include learning a sacred dance to Ganesh, the god of new beginnings, as well as reflection, asana and relaxation. Please bring a journal.
No previous dance experience required.
