Yasodhara Yoga Vermont

We are students and teachers in the lineage of Swami Radha, dedicated to sharing these teachings with communities close and far.  As a couple, we completed the Yoga Development Course (YDC) in 2020 and the teacher trainings thereafter.

We offer classes in person, online, and as requested. We believe in the power of creativity, imagination, inquiry and relationship as agents for healing. We welcome anyone who is interested to join us.

Class and satsang offerings

We offer Dream Yoga, Hidden Language Hatha Yoga, Hatha Yoga, satsangs and Mindwatch.
