Yasodhara Yoga sitka

Yasodhara Yoga is part of the yoga community in Sitka, offering a safe, nurturing space where students can bring their whole self – body, mind and spirit – to the mat and their spiritual explorations. Potential classes include Hidden Language Hatha, Kundalini System and Dream Yoga, all of which include personal reflection to tap into your own inner wisdom, in addition to Hatha.
