Yasodhara Yoga Lantana, Florida
Yasodhara Hatha yoga classes focus primarily on the physical experience of holding asanas or yoga poses. This class is guided by the instructor while giving ample time for personal practice and self-adjustment. Occasional questions from the instructor lead to development of poses, techniques and positive self-reflection.
In addition to the healing benefits emphasized in this class, it also intends to enhance awareness and expand consciousness making it a suitable class for preparation to meditation.
