Introduction to course: 6:45 p.m.
Satsang: 7:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Typical daily schedule while on course:
Hatha Yoga: 7 – 8:45 a.m
Breakfast: 9 a.m.
Workshop: 10 – 12:30 p.m
Lunch: 12:30 p.m.
Focused Reflection: 1 – 3p.m.
Workshop: 3 – 5:30 p.m.
Dinner: 6 p.m.
Satsang: 7:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Day of departure:
Hatha Yoga (optional): 6:50 – 7:50 a.m.
Breakfast: 8 a.m.
Check-out: 10:00 a.m
