Explore the inner feminine power to create the life you want to live. Open up space in your heart to re-connect with the vision for your life. What is your heart’s desire and how can this knowing carry you through the ups and downs? The heart holds the capacity for compassion and kindness, as well as directness with others and ourselves. We will use various reflective practices of symbolism, mantra, visualization and relaxation to move inward to the heart, the home of the feminine.

Package includes dinner on day of arrival, shared accommodation, three meals daily, morning hatha, workshops and evening satsangs. Optional hatha class and breakfast are included on day of departure.
