Four-week series to help you take steps in meeting life as it is, coming to know your own spiritual strength and inner Light.

There are times when uncertainty, pain or loss ask something deeper of us, inviting us into unfamiliar territory, into not knowing. In these moments, spiritual practice becomes essential – not as an escape, but as a conscious step toward the Light within. Each step is your own and things shift as you come to know your own spiritual strength.

Through weekly, live, interactive classes, this four-week course offers a gentle container for meeting life as it is. Simple yogic practices, such as the Divine Light Invocation, mantra, visualization and reflection, invite you to walk with awareness, entering the unknown with curiosity and interest, listening for what wants to be known.  “Every day the opportunity is there to step into who you really are.” Swami Radhananda (Living the Practice)
