The joy of life is our inherited right. Swami Radha
Is it possible to open to joy when there is so much happening in the world that seems out of balance and disturbing? How can I open my heart and invite in joyful experiences that lift and soften? What is the colour of joy? The sound? The feel? And how can I offer it to those close to me and to the world?
This retreat will include a variety of Yasodhara practices.
