The Ashram offers the following weekly classes to our local communities:

  • Hidden Language Hatha Yoga class (drop-in), Wednesday evenings, 6-7:30 p.m.
  • Dream Yoga, Wednesday evenings, 7:45-9:15 p.m.

Cost:

Drop-in Hidden Language Hatha Yoga
$8/class or $64 for the 9-week session

Dream Yoga
$64 for the 9-week session

$115 if taking both Hidden Language Hatha Yoga and Dream Yoga.
