This two-week teacher certification program will deepen your understanding of the system of Hatha Yoga that Swami Radha called “the Hidden Language,” which integrates the asanas with the power of mind and symbolism. You will learn —through your own personal reflection, study and practice teaching—how to offer the gift of Hidden Language to others .
Take this next step in using metaphor, symbolism and written reflections to help students access the insightful messages that the asanas can bring. The process involves trusting your own intuition and that of your students. Learn to create a safe, light framework and fill it with an atmosphere that empowers each person’s awareness. Teach the unity of yoga, where body and mind communicate.
Prerequisites: The Yoga Development Course, as well as the Hatha Yoga Teacher Certification. Completion of the YDC book reflection project is also a requirement.

In this course you will learn how to teach classical asanas and integrate spiritual practices into the classroom. The approach is experiential – learning through teaching in small groups. You are encouraged to teach from a sense of self-acceptance – listening to your own body and offering from your own experience. Prior to certification you are also asked to complete a practicum of leading 6 classes (either at the Ashram or elsewhere) and reporting on what you learned.
Prerequisites:
This training builds on the foundation laid through the 675 hours of practice and instruction of the Yoga Development Course.

This two-week teacher certification program will deepen your understanding of the system of Hatha Yoga that Swami Radha called “the Hidden Language,” which integrates the asanas with the power of mind and symbolism. You will learn —through your own personal reflection, study and practice teaching—how to offer the gift of Hidden Language to others.
Renewal: Every three years.

The chakras of the Kundalini system are considered energy wheels. What are they turning and churning up in your life? How do you want to direct this energy? Each chakra controls a sense, is related to an element, and symbolizes a level of consciousness. Through reflection, questioning, study and practice, you can find out how to harness the latent power and create the kind of life you want to live. Wisdom arises from knowing yourself deeply, setting your course, opening to inner luminosity. What is possible?

An of Era of Acceleration
People are under tremendous pressures today, perhaps greater than at any other time in history. Whatever the lifestyle, one seems to move too fast to digest the experiences that take place each day. The pressure felt is not exclusively because of work, but also due to the enormous amount of material that has to be assimilated to survive in a highly competitive environment.
The natural life rhythm simply cannot absorb the constant impact of living in a hyper-connected, media rich, turbulent environment.
Quite simply, people are destabilized and fatigued.
As catalysts engaged in creating a better world, we need energy to persevere. The true source of power and renewal is often buried to such a degree that support is needed to reclaim it. Once reclaimed we can realign with our intentions with new awareness and new strategies.

This intensive two-week teacher certification program is based on a foundation of self-inquiry and experiential learning/teaching. Using the questions and practices in Kundalini Yoga for the West, you will study the potential of each level of consciousness, then teach in small groups with your colleagues. To access guidance from the unconscious mind, you will explore the symbolism of your own dreams and learn to help others in their personal interpretations, using Swami Radha’s dream yoga method (as elucidated in Realities of the Dreaming Mind).
This certification program can help you gain confidence in teaching the spiritual dimensions of yoga by focusing on Light, building on your personal experience and learning to create a framework adaptable to your students’ needs.
Prerequisites: Completion of the Yoga Development Course and the YDC book reflections.
Renewal: Every three years.
