Personal Retreats are the most spacious way to spend time at the Ashram.
Each day, enjoy the benefits of morning Hatha class and evening satsang; contribute to the community through two hours of daily Karma Yoga. The rest of the day is yours to reflect and renew.
You can also choose to include a short course during your stay.

A typical daily schedule while on a Personal Retreat will look like this:
Hatha Yoga – 6:50-7:50 a.m.
Breakfast – 8-8:30 a.m.
Karma Yoga – 8:30 – 10:30 a.m.
Personal Time – 11-12:30 p.m.
Lunch – 12:30 p.m.
Personal Time – 1-6 p.m.
Dinner – 6 p.m.
Satsang – 7:30-8:30 p.m.
If you would like to have a private 1.5 hour course or workshop during your retreat, the fee is $50 and can be arranged once you are at the Ashram.
