Join us Wednesday evenings in exploring the symbolic language of body and mind through Hidden Language Hatha Yoga and Dream Yoga.

Our 2017 Spring Session begins April 5 and runs until May 31. Classes take place at Yasodhara Ashram’s Mandala House.

Hidden Language Hatha Yoga takes the practice of Hatha Yoga beyond a series of physical exercises. It is a gentle and meditative style of Hatha that respects the body as a spiritual tool. By working with metaphor, symbolism, imagery and visualization, the ‘hidden’ messages of each asana are revealed. Please bring a journal.

Time: 6:00-7:30 pm
Cost: $64 for the session or $8 drop in

Dream Yoga combines yoga techniques and practices with an investigation of symbolism. It opens up a dialogue with the unconscious mind and is a detailed method of interpreting the messages of your subconscious to create change in your waking life. The yogic method of working with dreams emphasizes independence and builds understanding of yourself as an individual. Please bring a journal.

Time: 7:45-9:15 pm
Cost: $64 for the session

The cost for taking both classes is: $115 (10% discount).

You can register in advance by emailing, calling 250.227.9224 or by arriving early the first night of class.
