Our calendar is designed to allow you to experience more than one option during your stay. The following combinations allow you to maximize your time.
Whether on a Retreat or an Intensive, your day begins with Hidden Language Hatha Yoga and includes experiential workshops. The difference is that Intensives focus on workshop time and Retreats emphasize relaxation time.
Intensives and retreats end on the evening of the date listed and you are invited to stay that night and the following day until the second one begins at no additional cost.
In most cases, you will have the option of one hour Hatha Yoga class the following morning, some karma yoga time and free time until the second retreat/intensive begins in the evening.
