ascent moves to Montreal in 2000, and by 2002 is completely managed by Young Adults (shown here at the 2002 Annual General Meeting).

The summer meetings are a time when the larger community of teachers comes together.

 
Swami Radhananda carries on the lineage, teaching at the Ashram, travelling to offer workshops and writing a column in ascent magazine.

The Divine Light Invocation is reprinted as part of the timeless Small Book Series.

Young Adults become teachers, carrying the Teachings home - to Mexico, the US, Europe and all over Canada.

In February, rad'a, yoga studio and art gallery, opens in Montreal on the ground floor of ascent.

The "Elastic Band" at the Ashram stretches to incorporate musicians who arrive.

A record 16 Young Adults take the three-month Yoga Development Course, more than half the participants.

A new web site for Swami Radha's work - www.yasodhara.org - is launched. Over 70,000 visits are made to the site in a year.

To commemorate its 40th anniversary, the Ashram hosts a year-long pilgrimmage. Hundreds make the journey from all over the world.

Main House, the oldest building at the Ashram is renovated and becomes the new home for timeless.

September 2003 - The Ottawa Radha Yoga Centre celebrates 20 years of service.

The Divine Light Invocation video is published by timeless.

December 2003 - Swami Radhananda celebrates her tenth anniversary as President of Yasodhara Ashram. In 2004, she travels to Japan and Europe offering workshops.

After five successful years of publishing, ascent magazine wins the 2003 Utne Independent Press Award for Excellence in Spiritual Coverage.

A new edition of Swami Radha's dream book - Realities of the Dreaming Mind - and a beautiful new edition of The Rose Ceremony are published by timeless.

June 2004

The Victoria Radha Yoga Centre celebrates its 20th anniversary.

Young Adults make deeper commitments to the work. Ten young people take part in the Ashram Intern Program over the summer, including four full-time staff for timeless (above).
