Taking your insights from Hidden Language, you move into Sacred Dance, where you have the opportunity to express feelings that are beyond words, that only gestures, only a look can express. When the body is an instrument of devotional expression, it is at its most beautiful. The art of sacred dance combines movement, music, prayer and reflection. Set to mantras, prayers and devotional songs, sacred dance provides a way to explore the body as a spiritual tool. (No dance experience is needed.)
