Yasodhara Ashram-trained teachers work from their experience and rely on their own foundation of yoga to guide and inspire others. We aim to build this foundation in all of our teachers. Our goal is to promote instruction of the highest quality and encourage an experiential approach to yoga. Each of our certified teachers attempts to live the teachings of yoga and bring forth the best in their students. We encourage our trained teachers to approach teaching yoga as an offering.

Explore your values and goals in life. Who am I? What is the purpose of my life? Now that I have come this far, where do I want to go? How do I prepare for the rest of my life?
The Yoga Development Course is an intensive three-month program offering an introduction to the major branches of yoga, as well as an opportunity for self-development. Swami Radha's approach is based on allowing people to find their innermost authority, with an emphasis on personal reflection.
Study Swami Radha's teachings in: Hidden Language Hatha Yoga®, Kundalini & Dream Yoga, The Divine Light Invocation, Mantra & Karma Yoga, Life Seals® or the Straight Walk®, Sacred Dance, and the Bhagavad Gita. The YDC offers in-depth exploration in groups, and time for personal reflection and practices.

Building on the foundation laid during the Yoga Development Course (above), this teaching certification helps you take stock of what you have learned throughout the YDC, and bring it out to help others in the form of Hatha Yoga. Be a teacher and a student during seven days of course planning, practice teaching and constructive feedback. This is a practicum approach.

Course's 700 hours of practice and instruction is
a prerequisite for this teacher certification intensive (see
above).

| Kundalini & Dream Teacher Certification |

Learn how to introduce people to their own source of inner wisdom that their dreams can reveal to them. Show them how to use the Kundalini system, a powerful system of spiritual growth, to bring quality and awareness into their own lives.
These are the practices you have worked in-depth with throughout the YDC, building a solid foundation in yourself based on your own experience. This certification course enables you to apply the knowledge you have gained through your own work and experience to the process of guiding others.
Delve deeply into the realms of mind and consciousness in a course as popular with experienced teachers as with those learning to teach for the first time.

Developed by Swami Radha, Hidden Language Hatha Yoga® is a powerful tool for self-discovery and awareness. Through in-depth exploration of the Hatha Yoga poses and reflection on the symbolism of the poses, this unique method can help people open up in their lives. Experience first-hand the connection between body and mind.
This course prepares you to use the knowledge, tools and insight developed throughout the YDC to introduce the Hidden Language method to others. Learn what it means to teach from your experience through our intensive training process, and gain greater appreciation of the body as a spiritual tool.
Prerequisites:
This training builds on the foundation laid through the
700 hours of practice and instruction of the Yoga Development
Course, as well as the Hatha Yoga Teacher Certification following the YDC. Completion of the YDC book report project is also a requirement.
