The Kundalini System

The Kundalini system is the source of all the practices taught at Yasodhara Ashram and Radha Yoga Centres. Unveil the mystery of your mind using the symbolic language of this system for human evolution. Find practical insights for inspired living.

"The most important teaching I can offer is the application of Kundalini Yoga to modern life in the West. Kundalini Yoga is one system but includes many different approaches to Higher Consciousness. There is a vast potential that lies within each of us-a potential of energy, power, heightened perception, awareness. Kundalini offers a blueprint of this vast mine to be tapped."

"The process of waking up from ignorance and delusion, of becoming free from as many limitations as possible, and eventually of reaching the goal of Cosmic Consciousness-this is the purpose of the path of Kundalini, the path that leads to freedom."

-- Swami Sivananda Radha
